The ADHD Toolkit: Natural Coping Mechanisms

Monday 20 February 2023
19:00 -
21:30

It can take up to 7 years to receive an ADHD diagnosis in the UK today. That means 100,000s of people cannot access any support. Even after diagnosis, most doctors propose medical interventions only.

This talk explores simple and effective tools for managing ADHD without medication. You will learn what the different medications do and how to get similar results without them. These methods include breathing techniques that boost focus, ADHD appropriate meditation and cold exposure. Walk away feeling more productive, calmer and (hopefully) more at peace with yourself.

Followed by Q&A

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm – come down early to grab a good seat!
