Funk brass section band DEPUTY FRED & Poetic Funk DJs play in Brixton’s newest live music space as part of the Brixton Harlem festival!

Deputy Fred was set up by Brassroots founder& Brooklyn native Jerome Harper to cover for the legendary Fred Wesley of James Brown fame during Covid and the response was so killer, that the musicians decided to keep on jamming thereafter!
