Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to understand and manage our emotions, as well as recognize and empathise with the emotions of others. It encompasses five pillars, according to Daniel Goleman: self-awareness, emotional regulation and management, empathy, meaning and purpose, and social intelligence.

In this talk, Tania Khojasteh will explore each of the five pillars, providing tools and skills for developing deep self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy and a life shaped by meaning and purpose. Drawing on concepts such as attachment, the role of fear, and fearless self awareness as well as Tania’s personal journey through war and migration, you will gain clarity and knowledge to improve your life and wellbeing

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm – come down early to grab a good seat!
