There was once a time before dodgy VAR calls, pink boots, questionable haircuts and circular-shaped red cards – what’s that about by the way? The 00’s was the last decade of the real footballers. Divers were given the death sentence, headbutts were encouraged and don’t even bother thinking about swapping shirts at the 90. It was an era of the two-footed propa’ tackles… but how much did you actually pay attention to?
